Pizza Prep Fridge

Refrigerated countertop prep fridge which holds 9 x 1/3 GN pans.
Designed for holding and displaying ingredients or toppings, this is a great choice for sandwich shops, pizzerias, kebab shop, or bubble tea shops.
For the ventilation system to work effectively, it requires a 20cm gap to walls or objects – or further if that object is a heat source.
Fitted with a glass sneeze screen allows the toppings to be seen and kept fresh and chilled. The digital temperature display is simple to use and easy to maintain.
If you are challenged for space this can easily be positioned on an underbar fridge. Allow for a 20cm gap from the wall or heat source to ensure it runs to its optimum.
